Shipping costs for delivery to the UK and Ireland are included in the prices mentioned on our website (unless otherwise stated). For other countries, please contact us. Express delivery is available for most items.
The carrier depends on the item ordered and the factory shipping the package. We use several carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Standard shipments take approximately one week, while express shipments arrive within 24 or 48 hours.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Manufacturing defects will result in item replacement. However, it is not possible to return a custom-made item, except in the case of a production error!
